Breathwork with Phil
This weekly class introduces you to the techniques of breathing.
The practice involves consciously changing the pattern and depth of one's breath, with the aim of releasing pent-up emotions and tension that may be stored in the body and nervous system. By breathing deeply and fully, individuals can tap into their inner selves and access a deeper state of relaxation and clarity.
