Hi, my name is Phil. As a single father with 4 beautiful children, I began my exploration into breathwork after experiencing deep depression and life’s challenges. I went on a journey of exploration to find a way to enhance my well-being; not just for me but also for my children.
For the last 10 years exploring meditation, mindfulness practices, energy healing, arts, etc. I found breathwork to be very effective for keeping me more centered and non-reactive. Once I learned to breathe properly, I found my stress levels dropped, my breathlessness went down and I could focus and concentrate better. My mind wasn’t so scattered. These were big wins for me.
After learning many breathing techniques, from Wim Hoff, Shamanic style, pranayama, etc. I became a functional breathing instructor through Oxygen Advantage, under the instruction of Patrick McKeown. This course really assisted me with the foundations of optimal breathing functionality and becoming more self-aware of my inner world to help me navigate my outer world.

With these classes we learn where you are at & what you will get out of learning to breathe properly. We go through basic fundamentals and exercises to get your Bio Chemistry and Bio Mechanics working for you.

Advanced
Exploring yourself through the process of breathwork allows trauma release and techniques to be used in everyday life. You will be required to do a beginner workshop prior to this workshop.

This programme is designed to improve your over all breathing functionality. We introduce the BOLT score which provides feedback on functional breathing and the onset of breathlessness and CO2 sensitivity.
