Vicki has always had a passion for inspiring people to connect to themselves in their process of self-discovery. After completing her degree with a double major in Psychology, Vicki spent 15 years Counselling in the Human Services, Mental Health and Disability Sectors empowering people to improve their health and wellbeing outcomes.

She has built on her empathetic and empowering counselling style to become qualified as a Reiki Master and Spinal Energetics Practitioner. Adding to this she uniquely applies her experience as an Integrated Art Therapist working across the Creative Arts, Music, Meditation, Dance and Creative Writing, to enhance people’s self-exploration and healing journey. Finally, as she nears the completion of her Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist Practitioner Qualifications, she looks forward to incorporating this modality into her toolkit for clients.

In addition, her commitment to the power of women and sisterhood, has taken her to developing and facilitating women empowerment programs and women’s circles, for which she is certified.

Vicki is described as a warm, genuine, and nurturing person with a passion for travel, new experiences and thinking outside the box. She will listen, motivate, and empower you to be your authentic self and achieve renewed sense of hope and balance.

Vicki offers in person sessions at Essential Healing Centre on Wednesdays, as well as online consultations on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She also facilitates women’s circles every second Sunday of the Month, in the afternoon at the Centre’s Dome.

The session will include:

• Ceremonial Cacao and Meditative Intention Setting. - Begin the session by connecting to the heart opening power of ceremonial cacao. Set your intentions for the session using a guided meditation and open yourself to a transformative journey ahead

• Kundalini Movement and Breathwork - Energise your body with dynamic Kundalini practices combining movement and breathwork to get your life force flowing.

• Spinal Energetics Activation - Experience a release of tension, restore balance and activate your nervous system to remove stored trauma and emotional blocks

• Reiki and Integration to self - Receive healing Reiki energy, promoting relaxation and balance, helping you integrate all the experiences of the session.

• Art Journalling - Process your experience creatively through an open heart. No art skills required.

B.U. facilitators are trauma informed practitioners combining modalities that will open space from within your nervous system, to let go and unwind suppressed emotions and stagnant energy.

Krissie Lobato has a strong empathetic nature, driven by compassion for the human experience. Her aim is to restore balance in the body, mind and soul of all clients, on their journey of their self-discovery. Empowering them to embrace their inner knowing, enhancing their awareness and cultivating a connection to their true essence. She is the Founder and Senior Practitioner of Ki Insight based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

He qualifications include Certificate IV Massage Therapy; Diploma of Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies; Level II Reiki Practitioner, Level I Spinal Energetics Practitioner, Holistic Counselling Skills Certificate, Trauma Informed Coach Certificate, and Embodied Processing Practitioner – In Progress

She delivers a suite of services from Essential Healing Centre in Ringwood North.
